Sculptor semi-dwarf galaxy NGC 7793.
The nebula S26 associated with a microquasar can be seen as an elogated red blob near the edge of the galaxy at about 8 o'clock. (See also the same image in H-alpha).
Notice the pair of tadpole=like interacting galaxies near the top of the left hand edge of the image.
