Eta Carinae, NGC 3372, and Homunculus. 7 hrs 30 mins each in H-alpha (green), OIII (blue), and SII (red). 3 nM Astrodon filters. Homunculus around Eta Carinae (dead centre): 10 x 10 sec exposures. The "lion's beard" in H-alpha around the Homunculus is real. Since this is one of the brightest objects, there is a wealth of detail. The Keyhole is the dark nebula just left of Eta, and the Fickle Finger of Fate ("I drive a Bentley" symbol) is just left of the keyhole.
