The Norma Supernova Remnant, RCW 103, is much smaller and fainter than the Veil in Cygnus or the huge Vela SNR. It is very hard to photograph in RGB alone against the extremely busy Milky Way background. Yellow: H-alpha 9 hrs in 1 hr subs. Blue: OIII 2.5 hrs in half hour subs. Note the strong, twisting shock-fronts. General Milky Way H-alpha emission along bottom edge. North up. STL11000M on PlaneWave 20" CDK on MI750 fork.
